The weak cold front moving through the islands brings some cool temperatures across the islands.
The islands of Maui and Hawai’i island continue to see some rainfall associated with the trough that moved through the state the past couple days.
The western islands held fairly dry conditions, with the exception of Kaua’i that seen some showers associated with the cold front.
The cold front looks to linger over Maui until tomorrow night, continuing afternoon and late evening showers. Hawai’i island will also continue to see wet weather as remnants of the trough lingers over the island until tomorrow.
With the return of the trade winds by tomorrow, we can see windward and mauka showers throughout the week, especially for the eastern end of state.
We may have another round of wet and storm weather next weekend due to another cold front.
