Flash flood watch in effect for Hawaii Island due to remnants of Barbara

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Remnants of Barbra is expected to continue to reach the state, Monday morning.

Potentially leading to heavy showers and thunderstorms mainly for Hawaii Island.

Hawaii Island is under a flash flood watch until Tuesday at 6:00 a.m.

An uptick in showers is expected statewide, with winds up to 30 mph.
