HONOLULU (KHON2) — A weakening high pressure ridge north of the Hawaiian Islands will bring light and variable winds to the state from Saturday through Tuesday.

Fairly stable conditions will keep shower activity to a minimum through the first half of next week.

Long range guidance continues to hint at deeper moisture moving up from the tropics with wet weather trends possible from next Thursday onward.
