Wet and humid conditions expected as Flossie passes north of the state

HONOLULU — (KHON2) Wet and humid conditions are anticipated across the state through midweek due to a combination of light winds and deep tropical moisture pooling northward from Post-Tropical Cyclone Flossie.

Flossie continues to pass north of Hawaii.

In addition to the wet weather, possible thunderstorms will remain due to an upper trough over the region.

A more stable drier pattern is expected later in the week, with light to moderate trade winds.
