A few showers will develop each day over interior and mauka areas, with a shower or two possible each night in locations near the coast.
High pressure will begin to build north of the state Thursday through the weekend, bringing a return of light trades winds that will slowly increase to moderate levels Sunday through early next week.
Rather dry trade wind weather will persist through Saturday, with a more typical windward and mauka shower regime expected to develop Sunday through early next week.
