Trade winds to continue through the weekend, with windward and mauka showers

Weather Blog

A high pressure system anchored in the northeast Pacific will keep trade wind weather in the forecast across the Hawaiian Islands through the next seven days.

Clouds and showers will favor typical windward and mountain areas trending higher in the overnight through early morning hours.

Fairly dry weather conditions will persist along leeward slopes.
