A storm front combined with an upper level disturbance will continue to bring showers, some locally heavy, to the islands overnight, along with the chance for flash flooding.
The upper level feature should move to the northeast of the islands by tomorrow, as the surface front moves down the island chain and weakens. Showers may still be numerous for Halloween Wednesday.
All islands remain under a flash flood watch through early Wednesday morning.
Trades return for the end of the week.
