During the second half of the week, a new high will build northeast of the islands and trade winds will become locally breezy.
The breezy trade winds will persist through early next week.
The trade winds will carry some showery low clouds over windward areas. Isolated showers may spread over to leeward areas.
The greatest chances for rain over most areas will be during the night and early morning hours.
Afternoon heating will produce clouds and isolated showers over the lee slopes of the Big Island and Maui.
