HONOLULU (KHON2) – Light winds will prevail today as a diminishing front and upper disturbance move into the area.
This upper disturbance will bring the threat for thunderstorms to Maui County and the Big Island this afternoon through the evening hours.
Light to moderate easterly trades will return briefly Sunday into Monday, then diminish once again Tuesday as a front approaches and moves into the area around midweek.
