It’s setting up to be a very warm day Thursday with big changes ahead on the weather front.
An approaching cold front will cause winds to shift out of the south and southwest and will continue through Friday.
There will also be an increase in moisture and instability through majority of the weekend.
Due to the instability and some upper level disturbances, there is a threat of potential thunderstorms along and ahead of the cold front.
The best chance for heavy rainfall is Friday into Saturday.
There is a chance of some prefrontal showers as early as Thursday evening.
