The humble oyster has the US Navy, researchers, and a non-profit organization taking a closer look at how it can help improve water quality in the marine environment of Pearl Harbor. Marian Phillipson, of Oahu Water Keeper, and Beckie Springer, of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of the Pacific, are here to talk about the Oyster Re-establishment Project that just started up in Pearl Harbor.
