The KCC culinary team is heading to the national championships in Orlando.

On Saturday, May 18, 2019, Island Olive Oil is hosting a fundraiser to support KCC students on their journey to the American Culinary Federation’s National Championship.

During this event, KCC culinary students will be cooking special dishes on site with menu items developed using products from Island Olive Oil stores.

Chef Jason Peel and Brian Foster, President of Island Olive Oil, joined us for a preview.
