Going green on Halloween. Halloween is a great time of the year especially for our keiki who get to dress up and stock up on their candies.

But those candy wrappers can put a strain on our environment.

So the City & County of Honolulu has a new plan for an eco-friendly Halloween.

Ross Sasamura, Director and Chief Engineer of the Department of Facility Maintenance, joined us this morning.
