A weak cold front arrives tomorrow

Wake Up 2day

Mostly dry and pleasant weather can be expected through tonight thanks to high pressure northeast of the state.

A front will move down the island chain late Tuesday through Wednesday accompanied by a band of showers mainly affecting north and northeast facing slopes. Drier and cooler conditions are expected after the frontal passage.

A typical trade wind weather pattern is expected by Thursday and on through the weekend with clouds and passing showers favoring windward and mauka areas especially over the east end of the state.
