HONOLULU (KHON2) — The City and County of Honolulu announced that lane closures were implemented.
The closures were impacting Kalakaua Avenue in Honolulu.

According to Officials, Lanes two, three and four fronting 2045 Kalakaua Avenue were closed due to an oil spill.
Officials said motorists were to expect delays.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area and to seek alternate routes.
