Would Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo consider jumping ship?

The Capital Gazette says the Radford graduate is traveling to Utah on Monday, where he’ll meet with Brigham Young University officials.

Under Niumatalolo’s leadership, the Midshipmen are now enjoying their fifth consecutive week in the Top 25 rankings by the College Football Playoff Committee and the Associated Press. It’s Navy’s longest streak since 1963.

BYU is searching for a head coach to replace Bronco Mendenhall, who left last week for the head coaching post at the University of Virginia.

According to The Capital, this is simply a meeting and no contract offer is on the table.
