Kamehameha LB Tafua takes tenacious play to BYU

Considered the 17th-ranked outside linebacker in the country according to 247Sports composite rankings, Kamehameha’s Mika Tafua is taking his tenacious play to Brigham Young University.

After initially giving his verbal commitment to the Cougars in January 2013, the 6’3″, 230 lbs. #Cover2 second team all state selection was reportedly heavily considering offers from Pac-12 schools Washington and USC before putting pen to paper on Wednesday, adding another name to the long and storied history of Hawaii high school graduates to done the blue and white in Provo.
