Hawaii women’s volleyball loses to Cal Poly ahead of Saturday showdown

The University of Hawaii women’s volleyball team fell to Cal Poly in five sets on Friday night at SImpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.

Hawaii fells to 17-7 overall and 10-3 in Big West Conference play, losing ahead of a crucial matchup to wrap up its weekend.

Next up for Hawaii is a showdown against Big West Conference leader UC Santa Barbara on Saturday. The Gauchos enter Saturday 12-1 in conference matches.
