Ice Baths: BYU’s head coach opens door for Hawaii players and a super intern

Double Shakas

Brian Te‘o, Bryant Moniz, Sam Spangler, and Rob DeMello give out “ice baths” to some worthy recipients.

Brian Te‘o: BYU head football coach Kalani Sitake, who’s reopened the recruiting connection to Provo, Utah for Hawaii players.

Bryant Moniz: Saint Louis alum Jeremy Tabuyo, who had a breakout game for Texas A&M while making some SportsCenter Top-10 highlight catches.

Sam Spangler: Nanakuli Golden Hawks and Radford Rams, who made valiant efforts competing in their first years at the Division I level.

Rob DeMello: Super intern at Cover2 Kristy Tamashiro. The Moanalua grad can be heard Mondays through Saturdays on Island 98.5. She also conducted this week’s Pop Quiz.

**Editor’s vote: We’re giving extra ice baths to our Cover2 panel for their groovy ’70s getup!**
