Uncle Sam teaches Jenny and Scot Yamashita about the “Fireman’s Steamer.” Johnny is excited about a prime cut of meat you can literally wield in your hand. 

Dishes made: 

1. Uhu Stew made with Coconut Milk, Bread Fruit, topped with Green Onions. 

2. Steamed Uhu, made with Shiitake Mushrooms, Taegu and Green Onions 

3. Tamahawk Steak seasoned with Scot’s Special Seasoning topped with Garlic. 

4. Wok Fried Noodles made with Pancit noodles, Aloha Shoyu and a Vegetable Medley.
