Lila Welch, 41, was reported missing from the YWCA Fernhurst work furlough home where she resides.

YWCA staff reported her missing on Nov. 22 at around 3:25 p.m. She was not authorized to leave the home. State Sheriffs and Honolulu Police were notified of the unauthorized exit.
