Terrier mix puppes, only days old, were tossed into an auto parts dumpster in a plastic bag.

It was 90 degrees in Riverside County.

Someone found the bag of puppes and told the people in the store by the dumpster.

The woman was caught on surveillance, which shows the woman leaving the puppies and driving off.

The county’s sheriff’s deputies arrested 54-year-old Deborah Sue Culwell for animal cruelty.

An animal rescue group now has the puppies.

Authorities reportedly also found dozens of other dogs inside the woman’s home.
