“Most Likely Arrival Time of Tropical-Storm-Force Winds” is the most likely arrival time of tropical storm force winds, which range from 39 to 73 mph.

Each line comes with a timestamp to indicate when tropical storm force winds could reach a certain area.

The colors on the graphic indicate what percentage the area is likely to experience those tropical storm force winds, ranging from 5 percent (green) to 100 percent (purple).
