A vehicle fire on Moanalua Freeway is blocking several eastbound lanes before the Red Hill off-ramp.
Plumes of black smoke were visible at around 3:15 p.m.
No injuries were reported, according to police dispatch, but traffic is slowgoing in the area.
Police and firefighters are on the scene.
