Student arrested for sending threatening emails to professors


A former Oahu college student is in custody for sending threatening emails to his professors.

The FBI says Neill Tumulac sent nearly 300 emails to his professors from February to October of this year.

In one of those emails, Tumulac allegedly threatened to murder his professor.

They told authorities they feared for their lives.

Tumulac was arrested.

His detention hearing is set for Tuesday.
