After a much anticipated wait, Southwest Airlines is now selling tickets to and from parts of Hawaii.
According to the Southwest website, the initial flights will be from Oakland to Honolulu
The company’s first flights are planned on March 17th.
Tickets sales are now underway online.
Flights from Kona and from Sacramento will start up in April according to Southwest Airlines website. Tickets will initially go on sale from $49 for select flights.
