Cheesy Broccoli Mashed Potatoes

1 teaspoon butter

1 cup broccoli florets, chopped

2 cups mashed potatoes, prepared

2 slices cheese

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.  Stir fry broccoli until tender.  Fold in mashed potatoes and cheese.  Mix well until cheese is melted.  Serve hot.

Brussels Fried Rice with Gau Gee

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 ½ cup brussels sprouts, julienned

2 cups rice, cooked

½ teaspoon sesame oil

Aloha Shoyu to taste

Black pepper to taste

3 leftover gau gee

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.  Add brussels sprouts and saute until tender.  Add rice, sesame oil, Aloha Shoyu and black pepper to taste.  Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until heated through.  Place on a serving platter and serve with gau gee.

Aloha Shoyu Chicken

1 cup water

1 tablespoon Aloha Shoyu Hawaiian Honey Teriyaki Glaze

¾ package Halm’s Hawaiian Pride Shoyu Chicken sauce

6 chicken drumsticks, cooked

1 cup onions, sliced

Celery hearts for garnish

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken drumsticks in water, Aloha Shoyu Hawaiian Honey Teriyaki Glaze and Halm’s Hawaiian Pride Shoyu Chicken Sauce.  Add onions and bring to a boil.  Cook until tender and sauce thickens.  Place chicken on a serving platter and pour sauce over chicken.  Garnish with celery hearts.
