Rundown Vancouver home sells for millions

If you thought Hawaii had a tough real estate market, check out a sale in Vancouver, Canada.

A rundown, 2,000-square-foot home recently sold for $2.48 million, according to CBC News. That’s $80,000 more than the asking price. View the original listing here.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in a popular neighborhood called Point Grey.

Despite missing a few shingles and some rotting walls, it was only on the market for two weeks.
