Southerly winds continue to delivery warm, muggy conditions to the islands. These Kona winds have carried moist air over the islands and the atmosphere is forecast to remain quite humid through Thursday.
The atmosphere will remain moist and unstable enough for the threat of flooding rain to continue on Kauai County. A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for Kauai County through this evening.
Expect high humidity and rain to stick with us through the weekend.
