With Saturday night’s 46-40 win over UMass at Aloha Stadium, the 6-7 University of Hawaii football team is eligible to play in a post-season bowl game.
The sixth win is the Rainbow Warriors’ most since the 2011 season.
In order for Hawaii to play in a bowl game, there would have to be a shortage of teams with a minimum 6-6 record at the end of the season.
