The prices for homes are going up.
According to real estate firm Locations, Oahu single-family median home prices reached a new high at $795,000 up 10percent.
That’s the largest increase in four years.
Sales were also up 2 percent.
As for condos, the median price stayed flat, while sales jumped 14 percent.
