Warning signs were posted Wednesday after Portuguese man o’ war were spotted in Waikiki.
The city Ocean Safety and Lifeguard Services is urging everyone to be careful.
Officials picked up 130 Portuguese man o’ war in the area and 22 stings were reported.
Beach goers are advised to check with lifeguards about the current conditions before going out in the water.
