Woman with Down Syndrome fulfills dream of being flight attendant

SACRAMENTO (FOX) — A Roseville woman with Down syndrome is following her dreams of becoming a flight attendant.

She got to spend a day shadowing Southwest employees at Sacramento International Airport.

And, Thursday, her friends at Southwest gave her another big surprise.

She will work as a flight attendant for the inaugural flight from Sacramento to Hawaii in November.
