CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Jonathan Fraser.
He was last seen on Saturday, July 30, at approximately 9:30 a.m., in the Hawaii Kai area.
Fraser suffers from a medical condition that requires daily medication, and may be driving a 1994 black Honda Civic bearing Hawaii license number SXC-021.
He is known to frequent the Kaneohe area.
CrimeStoppers describes him to be a Hawaiian mix male, 5’6″, 123 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
