Woman recently featured on Hawaii’s Most Wanted captured

A woman who was recently featured on Hawaii’s Most Wanted was found in Washington.

Liciela Agpalza-Butolph was wanted on a $20,000 grand jury bench warrant for First Degree Animal Cruelty.

The 19-year-old is accused of stabbing her boyfriend’s dog to death.

Agpalza-Butolph was flown back to Hawaii and was arrested at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
