Health Department promotes Tai Chi to help seniors avoid falls

Honolulu (KHON2) - Taking care of our kupuna. As we get older, it's tougher to get around and as a result, so many of our seniors are suffering injuries from falls.

But the Department of Health is promoting their fall prevention program with a new twist. Stan Michaels, DOH Fall Prevention Coordinator and Randy Lau, a Tai Chi Instructor joined us on Wake Up 2day.
