Teenage girls arrested for damaging sand sculpture at Royal Hawaiian Hotel

HONOLULU (KHON2) — On Oahu, police arrested two teenaged girls in connection with last week’s vandalism of a Waikiki sand sculpture inside the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

The girls who are 15- and 17-years-old were arrested for criminal property damage and burglary.

Charges are pending.
