A boat hit some rocks and ran aground off Magic Island around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12.
The EMS treated and released one person at the scene with minor injuries.
The fuel tanks on the boat are currently empty.
Salvage crews say it could be days before the equipment arrives to remove the boat. They say that they have to get approval from the boat owner’s insurance company, which will be tomorrow.
They will also need an approved permit to do the work, which comes from the Parks Division. That should come in a couple of days, according to salvage crews.
