Hawaii’s Most Wanted: Gabriel Palolo

Local News

Honolulu police and CrimeStoppers are on the search for a man who has five warrants totaling a quarter of a million dollars.

They are looking for 35-year-old Gabriel Palolo.

“A male checked into a Waikiki hotel, he produced an ID and a credit card, at the end of the stay the male didn’t check out and the manager checked the room,” said CrimeStoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett. “In the room there was a lot of damage, drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police were called and the registration was obtained with the male’s ID and credit card.”

“The owner of the credit card was contacted and found that the credit card had been stolen and the name used was not the actual owner of the card. The hotel sent out fliers to their sister hotels to warn them about the male,” Buffett added.

Palolo was caught a week later when he checked into a different hotel.

He’s also been arrested in the past for terroristic threatening and auto theft, and is now wanted on five probation revocation warrants in connection with those cases.

Pablo is described to be 6 feet and 191 pounds.

“He does have five prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kahuku area,” Buffett said.
