Are you getting enough sleep at night?
According to a new survey by Sleep Number, a lot of Hawaii residents are not.
In fact, Hawaii is the second worst state in the nation when it comes to getting the recommended eight hours. On average, we only get about 6.28 hours of sleep a night.
What’s more, at 78 percent, Hawaii residents top the nation when it comes to wishing they knew more about improving their sleep quality.
So what can you do? Experts recommend going to sleep at a set time every night and switching off your electronic devices one hour before bedtime.
