Honolulu 311 app provides way to report non-emergency issues to HPD

The Honolulu Police Department is urging the public to report non-emergency issues such as homeless concerns, abandoned vehicles and parking issues through the free Honolulu 311 app.

“Through this app we’ll be able to increase services to the community without adding any additional personnel. And also the persons reporting it can also track the status of their report or the issue that they may have,” Honolulu Police Chief Susan Ballard said.

You can submit reports anonymously.

However, if you’ve already signed into the app, you’ll have to log out first to use it anonymously.

Callers should still call 911 for emergencies.
