Foster Botanical Garden closed Tuesday for pathway maintenance


Foster Botanical Garden is schedule to close to allow for improvement to the asphalt pathway on Tuesday. 

Approximately 9,210 square feet of pathway will be treated with a sealant designed to protect and enhance the condition of the asphalt pathway through the botanical garden. 

The 14-acre foster botanical garden is the oldest of Honolulu’s five botanical gardens.

The garden is home to hundreds of species of tropical plants, trees and flowers, including the ever-popular Amorphophallus Titanum, also known as the “corpse flower.”
