Heavy rainfall will continue to impact the state Tuesday.
Kauai County and Oahu are seeing heavy showers and scattered thunderstorms which are expected to lasts throughout the day. A flash flood warning and flood advisories are in effect for Kauai County and Oahu.
Hawaii Island saw heavy rainfall overnight causing road closures. Big Island police said the road closures are from Ponahawai Street and Kamehameha Avenue, Pauahi Street and Aupuni Street, and Kamehameha Avenue and Manono Street. Conditions for Hawaii Island are expected to ramp up by the afternoon hours.
Conditions will dry up going into Wednesday.
