The developer behind an upcoming high-rise in the Ala Moana area will be hosting free affordable housing education seminars for interested buyers.
SAMKOO Hawaii is developing The Central Ala Moana on the site next to Ala Moana Center and bordered by Kapiolani Boulevard, Kona and Kona Iki Streets.
It will feature 310 affordable units.
The seminars will be held on November 10, 11 and 18 in the Hibiscus Ballroom at the Ala Moana Hotel.
