A man was taken into police custody Friday, accused of sexually assaulting a young boy.
Officials say on Sunday, May 31, Kenneth Kozeniewski inappropriately touched a four-year-old boy at his home in Waianae.
Kozeniewski is a convicted sex offender and has been charged with sexual assault in the third degree.
Bail has been set at $100,000.
