BWS crews are currently fixing a water main break on 9th Avenue in Palolo.
The eight inch main broke Monday night.
Almost 40 homes are currently without water, but there is a water wagon set up for residents affected.
Traffic between 9th Avenue and Paalea Street heading mauka is only open for people who live in the area.
