Blaisdell parking closures, box office relocation during World Conservation Congress

Changes will be made at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center when the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Conservation Congress kicks off.

Parking at the center will be restricted on Wednesday, Aug. 31, and Thursday, Sept. 1, for the opening ceremony as follows:

Tuesday, Aug. 30: Kapiolani entrance closure (daily and monthly parkers must enter via King Street entrance).

Wednesday, Aug. 31, and Thursday, Sept. 1: Parking lot closure (no monthly or daily parking, please plan accordingly).

The administrative office will be closed to walk-in business, including surfboard locker payments, on Thursday, Sept. 1.

Box office operations will also be temporarily relocated to the Waikiki Shell box office on Wednesday, Aug. 31, and Thursday, Sept. 1. The Waikiki Shell Box Office will be open for business from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and parking will be free.
