A pattern of wet and dry weather throughout the week, starting with a rainy Monday

Monday looks to hold a round of wet weather especially for the western portion of our state.

Pockets of moisture moving in with the trade winds that will increase rainfall for windward and mauka areas.

Steady trade winds 15-20 mph will last throughout the week into the weekend.

The eastern portion of the state, especially Hawai’i island, will experience some variable winds which may push haze and vog to the north end of the island.

The Hawaiian moon phase for tonight is good for fishing and planting certain plants.
