72nd annual Aloha Festivals to end off with Floral Parade down Waikiki


Beginning in 1964, “Aloha Week” started as a week long celebration.  Today, “Aloha Festivals” celebrates throughout the month of September across the entire state.

Each year, this festival ends with an annual Floral Parade down Kalakaua Ave. through Waikiki.

Starting at Ala Moana Park, this parade full of floral floats, cars, pa’u riders, and so much more.  This parade will end up at Kapi’olani Park in Waikiki.

This year, the World Series Little League Champions and Hawai’i’s Miss Universe Brook Lee will be honored in the parade.

The parade is held Saturday September 29.  It starts at 9am and finished at 12pm.
