A 17-year-old is in police custody in connection with a robbery case at the Pearl Kai Shopping Center.
The incident happened just before 10 p.m. Thursday at the Subway restaurant in the center.
Police say three to five male juveniles were involved and that a kitchen knife was used. The suspects took cash totaling between $400 to $500.
The teen suspect was taken to the Kapolei Detention Center.
Charges are pending.
